On the Booth pages, scroll down and you'll see our calendar. You can also email us to confirm. In 2025, we're only reserving events that land on a Friday or Saturday. If you have a weekday evening event, fill out the contact form below and tell us about your event. We'll respond that evening.
Below is a questionnaire you can fill out and sumbit to us. This initial questionnaire will determine our availability and learn about your event.
After the questionnaire we'll respond to you either by email or phone call. We love and prefer a phone call. The excitement of hearing about your event is why we do this. Phone calls last 15 minutes and at the end of our time you'll be well informed and prepared to make a decision.
To reserve your booth and secure your event date, Feeling Boothy requires a 50% down payment. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to event date. Payments can be made on our online and secure payment portal. When payment is successful, we update the calendar to "Date not available".

Based on details provided to us, we'll begin working on event specifics, such as custom theme development, including overlays and background. For example, we will customize print details and offer at least 3 samples for you to choose from.
Once all edits are approved by the customer, we'll be ready for you event.
A professional Feeling Boothy attendant will arrive 1 hour prior to event start time. We use this time for set up time and system check.
During the event, we're there to make sure you and your guests have a memorable photo booth experience.
Once event has ended, we begin taking down and packing up.
